I promise – there should be a “real” blog post on the horizon – we have TWO WHOLE DAYS this weekend to work on the bathroom, and hope to have some more progress to the finish line!
It’s been fun seeing some people jump into the 52 Weeks of Home Challenge on Social Media! I love (and am so inspired) looking the work other people have done. It makes me excited to keep moving and to keep creating. And it’s so energizing to find other people who love making old homes lovely, too.
Week Two : House Portrait
Introduce us to your house!
Selfishly, I kind of love that I put this one in January, because I love snow. Even though I realize much of the country doesn’t get snow!
I’m including two. And yes, there’s still a reindeer on the roof. It’s been too snowy and icy to get him down safely. So, there he stays.
The first, because I think this is the the viewpoint that warrants an “official” portrait…..
….and the second, because I always get sad that you can’t see the tower or the balcony when you look at the house straight on. So, TWO portraits!
