52 Weeks of Home Project : Week 20! Interior Windows

I am so behind. It’s the last week of school, I have a million things on my to do list, and we decided to GET A PUPPY.

And she’s the cutest.

This is Bonny. She has an eye patch, which makes me think she a pirate. So I researched “Famous Female Pirates” and got Anne Bonny. Pretty much, most of the reading I did pointed to her as the most famous female pirate.

So, this little pirate….. is Bonny. And she’s making us so behind on everything. But it’s totally worth it.

Big sister Marina is getting used to her, and likes her about 50% of the time, ignores her about 30% of the time, and is annoyed by her 20% of the time. Honestly, that’s not too bad. When you have bone cancer, and you’re blind like Marina, you’ve earned the right to be annoyed. So we’re THRILLED that they’re mostly getting along. (Bonny LOVES Marina!)

Also, they can blend into the kitchen REALLY well!

So, this week! 20! I’m totally being lame and only featuring one window.

Week 20 : Interior Windows!

Interior windows, stained glass, trimwork, curtains, draperies…..

the eyes to the outside of your house!

The Butlers Pantry window is HUGE. The stained glass is not original – my mother found it, and thought it would highlight my collection of glassware! I made the drapes, and the black lace lining. I love the brightness and fun of the textures and light!
